Our second “Family Fit in a Bit” workout video series that I will be posting once a week

I designed it 📝 with busy moms in mind, but of course ANY one can do it! I will try to keep the moves simple, yet interesting and challenging all at the same time. I will try to use minimal workout equipment, and you can even include the kids (or pets lol!) in it if you wish

Our workout today included:
✅ 10 Donkey Kicks (each leg)
✅ 10 Butt-Kickers (each leg)
✅ 10 Plank Jacks
✅ 10 Sumo Squats
✅ 10 Burpees

You can challenge yourself by doing as many rounds as you can in an amount of time ⏱ OR
————————————————
Do workout about x 3, 4, or 5 times total, depending on your fitness level, or amount of time you have

Either way, have fun with it!! Involve and challenge the family! Family competition is always fun! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👟🏆
