Team Laus client La Mera Mera shows off her food presentation skills with her yummy cottage cheese, strawberries, and hemp seed meal.

In just under 200 calories this combo is the perfect meal containing 3 simple ingredients:

1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
100 gms strawberries
1 Tbsp hemp seed

Nutritional values: 5g of Fat, 15g of Carbs, and 20g of Protein.
