Benefits of Stretching

Do you warm-up before your workouts?

Warming up:
1) Reduces injury
2) Loosens tendons and muscles
3) Improves range of motion at your joints
4) Improves body awareness
5) Increases performance

Be sure to incorporate joint mobility movements in your warmup including both dynamic and static stretches.
